Custom Cutting Tools provides a wide range of services in wood and metal cutting including indexable inserts. Our Indexable inserts provide the ability to quickly change from one type of part to another without requiring all new tooling and holders. Indexable inserts can be made from a variety of materials and Custom Cutting Tool's indexable inserts are made from Micrograin Carbide or Tool Steel. Indexable inserts come in a variety of Holder styles which include Dovetail, Circular, Rectangular and recess. If you are interested in indexable inserts to create new tools, it usually will take 2-4 weeks. The Anvil of CCT's indexable inserts supports the inserts and is easily exchanged. They also provide custom indexable inserts which are cut into Iscar inserts.
